Hi Andy

Oh I'm sure there are bits of Norton 360 on my laptop, but as long as it doesn't run, I'm happy. I have AVG Free, and it seems to be fine. Just remember that if you ever carry out a format with your restore disks, it will need to come out again like mine! (smile.)

Hi Jackie-

Ah! my mistake there then <smile>

What I do have under All Programmes though is:
Norton Internet Services with the sub menu on line services; So, even after
trying to uninstall the damn thing, something still remains! -

| Hi Andy
|
| The Synaptics Pointing Device is to do with your mouse, not Norton as in
| Symantec. Don't know much about the mouse thing though I have to say
since
| I never use it.
|
| I agree though that these big companies have struck up a deal to supply
| Norton. In fact, it's likely Microsoft has as it seems to be in Vista
| altogether.
