I'd love to say "Yes" but at present I can't do that as (amongst many other things) I have a really bad sleep pattern and often have to split my days into four. This means that quite frequently I have to stop reading texts as it really hurts my head to think! <Smiles>

Sorry! Would love to be able ...

I feel privileged that you should ask me though and you know, if I took it on, I'd do a good job, because that's how I like to be.

I trust you'll find someone reliable very soon.

Hiya Carol, no problems. To be honest, the vi-gen list
has been a constant headache! I have been working for
some years now as a trainer and am often away without
getting onto the pc. Over the last year however, its
even worse smiles as I'm now employed fulltime with
action for blind people in cumbria covering the whole
county for assistive technology smiles, and cumbria is
one big county! haha. Certainly not making excuses but I
have had several people acting as mod on the group but
Karen who is the current mod is often away as well. I
could do with another mod on the group. Don't suppose
you'd be interested would you? smiles..
Steve

Steve,

I hadn't realised you were the owner, or I'd have said
something at the time. It was a while ago now that I
had problems. I merely mentioned that situation because
I still want to belong to such a list, but probably not
that one.

Not that I am sure what this is to do with the subject
heading of AFBP Hotels, but I will take this opportunity
to explain the situation on VI-Gen, Unfortunately, due
to heavy work commitments, I am unable to manage the
list myself and as such have a moderator who looks
after the day to day running of the list. Now, if for
some reason that is not effectively being done then I
need to be informed. Not however round the garden via
different lists, directly to my email address.
I take offense to the back handed stabbing which appears
to be going on at present. I have already removed or,
will be removing one person from that list for
inappropriate behaviour.
For future reference, my email is
csdryden@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Please direct any comments
there and not by wasting list bandwidth!
Kind regards.

Steve

In what way Ian?

Are the guys over there still not approving
subscription requests in a decent time?

If so perhaps it's time to create an alternative list
to it? I have had in
the past, (around 2 years ago), a terrible time getting
a hold of the moderators to get onto the list myself. I
would have hoped after the complaining I did to Steve
Dryden that would have been sorted long before now.
Barry.

I would very much like to create a thread on VI Gen but
it seems it is a list which it is impossible to join.

Hi William, and all,

This is off topic I'm afraid for this list.

Please re-direct all replys to William off list and/or
you may want to create a thread on VI Gen.

Shout if you need subscription details.

Cheers,
Barry.
