You will only be able to buy it exempt from BAT if you are taking it out of
the UK or if it is an item sold solely for the use of disabled people. Such
as a screen reader. The necessary paperwork needs to be completed and this
is sometimes held by the vendor or the VAT is paid and then re-claimed from
the VAT office.

Have just tried to buy an item. I see the price is listed with and without
VAT. I could not see how to buy it VAT exempt. Can anybody advise please.
