James, you need to install the bluetooth modem drivers. PCSuite should have done this already when pairing the phone, but if not you can install it through your phone's properties. Go to Bluetooth, select your phone, click properties, click the services tab and make sure dial-up networking (DUN) is checked. Hope this helps.

Subject: [access-uk] Using phone's 3G connection on laptop via Bluetooth?

Hi all.
I want to connect to the internet on my laptop using my phone's 3G internet connection. Usually I use a program called Joikuspot to accomplish this via WiFi, however I would like to give Bluetooth a try, as it is always running on both devices, and I can then turn WiFi off on the phone and laptop to conserve battery power. So, I went into PC Suite, and chose the 'Connect To The Internet' option, however it kept going on about cable drivers, and no modems were installed. There didn't seem to be any options for doing this via Bluetooth. Do I need to use PC Suite for this, or is this a feature that needs to be configured from within my Bluetooth stack software?
