All phones these days appear to be unlocked Andy. Calls back to UK may be
expensive but I'd have thought the texts would not be too expensive.

I usually go on holiday, and never use my phone, but it's a bit different
this time, and I need to be able to make calls, and send/receive texts. I've
just got the new iPhone, and am wondering if I need to do anything to actually
set it up for this purpose. I'm with T-Mobile and I'm staying in Europe -
