That is actually terrible as Thunderbird has been around now for years.

Thanks All.

NVDA is my main screen reader. I am trying out a demo of Supernova as a comparison. OK, Supernova fails totally with Thunderbird! First set to NVDA.

Hi Paul

Dolphin told me that they do not support thunderbird, the
earlier ones work ok but I don't know how early.

Subject: [access-uk] Using Supernova with Thunderbird

Hi All,

Anyone using Supernova with Thunderbird? I have just
installed a demo of Supernova and found that it could not handle Thunderbird
out of the box. I noticed that there were no map files for Thunderbird
but I loaded the ones for Firefox in turn to see if this would
improve matters.

After loading the Firefox map file, I was able to navigate
various buttons and controls but the main tree view for folders and
the message list remain inaccessible. Is this a known issue for
Supernova or are there workarounds?

Thanks in advance.

Paul
