[access-uk] Using Skype

Hi All
I wonder if some of you more knowledgeable on this subject than I could please
tell me how to start using Skype. I have two nieces who would like to
communicate with me using this method, but I have never used it before. My
Vista laptop appears to have a Skype icon on the Desktop, but I haven't even
launched it before.
Apologies if this subject has been covered in depth previously. But it is
impossible to remember everything when it isn't applicable to you at the time.
