Bad timing on my part, the file has been there for a month so I removed
it as nobody was downloading it anymore.
I just deleted it yesterday in fact.
Anyway, i've put it up again so that your friend can get it.

install Audacity plus installing the Lame Encoder to allow you to
save in mp3 format.
It then gives you the very basics on how to edit an audio file and it
couldn't be much simpler.
