[access-uk] User Accounts not reading properly with JAWS?

Hi, on my desktop PC I can access User Accounts from control panel just fine.
However, on my netbook, when I press enter on the User Accounts item, I get the
window come up but JAWS just refuses to read it. Is there some scripts or
something I can install so it will read?
