Hi Chris, I think you have misunderstood what low power mode is. It
means that the box doesn't switch off, it just goes to sleep. If you
want to turn your box off when you're not using it, as I do, low power
mode must be off. It isn't to do with how much power the box uses in
operation.

finding speech just that little bit sluggish? Does powering on and off
take significantly longer than it should? If so, please try the below.
1. Press menu.
2. Scroll down and select technical settings.
3. Scroll down and select low power mode.
4. Scroll down and select off.
5. Press exit to return to TV.
