Hi Mohamed, Do you have a card reader in your PC or printer? If so, you could place your memory card in that and check on your PC if files are there. As I mentioned to Jeff yesterday, the best file recovery software I have yet come across is File Saver which is reasonably accessible with JAWS and is only £16. Check it out at http://www.file-saver.com. Also, if the programme doesn't do what you want it to do the company will refund the cost of the software. Sorry, don't have an E66 and haven't heard of this happening before. I took the battery out to turn it off earlier today. Later on during the day I noticed that all my text messages including from my inbox, sent, drafts folders had disappeared. I have checked to make sure I am still using the memory card to save my SMS and I am. Has anyone else had this pjroblem and found a way around it? It seems like this is a bug with the Symbion operating system. Also, can people recommend any good data recovery program that I could try to use on my windows PC to try to retrieve the messages with. I would really like to get them back.
