[access-uk] Urgent - Help to Start-Up Laptop Windows 7

Hi
I have been driving myself crazy and wonder if anyone would be able to help and
if said person would be prepared to call me or give me their number. I have
this new laptop. It has Windows 7. My brother got it all up fine and I
installed my screen reader. However I tried to update it and it did not work
for some reason. I think it all has to do with this permissions thing with
Windows 7. Anyway all I want to do is get to basics. I am ot great with
keyboard commands and without any magnification and speech, I am useless. Have
had to turn off the laptop using on/off switch and now it is starting up in
safe mode and I want to get it back to ordinary windows startup and then I want
to try again to run narrator. I even had that running at one point and then
lost it when I turned off the laptop. I can hit the windows key and then r but
then I am getting this thing up about allowing, and there is a yes and a no. I
do not even know how to use the keyboard to get it on the yes insead of the
default No that it is at. Would really appreciate any help urgently. Many
