[access-uk] Uploading Music.

I hope I can explain this clearly enough.
I'm trying to upload some albums onto SendSpace or YouSendIt.
I use 7Zip to extract files this works well but not sure how to zip them to
send.
went to the compress and email I presume compress means they are being zipped
but I don't want to email them as surely they are too large how do I just
compress so that I can then just leave them in My Documents or destination of
choice to select to upload?
