[access-uk] Upgrade of office?

Hello all,
I have one copy of office 97 and one copy of office 2000 student addition
which includes all the application. I would like to get upgrade of one of
them to office 2003. I am just wondering if I get upgrade on office 2000
would it include all the application such as the database? I know now the
student addition does not come with the database.
does anyone have any idea how I can find pricing, availability etc. please?
