Hi Mike, Try downloading the actual setup file for Media Player from the following location: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b446ae53-3759-40cf- 80d5-cde4bbe07999&DisplayLang=en Note that you will have to validate your copy of windows before continuing, so just follow the instructions on-screen. Also, try Re-starting to make sure all WMP components have been properly unloaded. I can't be 100 % sure, but this could be your problem. I have tried this with both WM10 on my desktop, and with WM9 on the laptop, which I would have thought would update to WM10. Any help welcomed, with thanks, Mike UK ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
