Clive - what are your observations of Zen as an ISP? Any issues? What is the
monthly cost for 20GB?

| counts as downloading. We can purchase extra usage at any time up to 50GB
| which is held in a bank, so if we go over the monthly allowance any time

| usage is carried over to the next month.
