explaining that their UK office do not appear to be understanding your problem?

Hi all,
After looking at the Humanware website and finding nothing relating to the
SoftPack, that people on this list said I would need to play my audible
enhanced books, I sent them an email. And although they don’t actually menschen
the SoftPack in there reply, from what they said, it looks as though they don’t
sell it anymore. And although Steve said that I could download my enhanced
books in either quality, but I would need to set that up in the Audible
Manager. Well I looked in the Audible Manager but could not find anyway of
changing the format of my books. So it looks as though I have got no choice but
to buy a new victor reader stream.
