Hi George,
You can't reinstall it on another phone. It is tied to that phone by the
IMEI number, so it matters not. If you need it on a new phone, you can
provide the IMEI number of the old phone and use it as an upgrade, but only
once.

I'm surprised Steve Nutt hasn't chipped in here.
Can I suggest you perhaps contact Steve, or your Talks supplier, just in
case there is a need to notify someone that the software has been removed,
and what phone it has been removed from. It would be a shame to find out 3
or 4 months down the track when you want to re-install it on another phone
that there was a problem.

I don't have an N70 right here in front of me but I think if you head for
the "tools" menu and then "application manager" you will get a list of
installed application and you can remove Talks from there if you need to.
