Hi Mel,

(I'm not at a JAWS system right now, so this is from memory)

In the JAWS Help menu, bottom item should be "Update
Authorization". This will take you through the deactivation
process also.

However, look up Help for the word "authorization" - but
make sure you spell it with a "z" and not an "s".

[BTW, you have reminded me to mention this spelling issue to
Freedom Scientific - there are a few spelling issues like
this, where I am sure it would be beneficial to run JAWS
Help though an "English - English" spellchecker, and add the
differences to the Search Index.]

George.

Subject: [access-uk] Uninstalling JAWS

Hi All,

I may have to re-image my PC at work, so consequently I will
have to uninstall my JAWS authorisation. I am using JAWS 6
with the new on-line authorisation. How is this removed?

Many thanks

Mel
