The advantages of the K Sonar is that it seems much cheaper than the 
Ultracane, for me at least, as the exchange rate is better. The other thing 
is that the K Sonar people claim that it is better, using sounds more 
effectively, whereas the UC only uses vibrations and doesn't have wide 
beams.
