the dictionary is not a free download is it? The one I am thinking of
is about US$40 and a CD affair I think.
Even if a download option is available, I would not be able to take
advantage of it as I do not have a credit card. I therefore seek a
dealer in the U.K. who I can order from and can pay by wire transfer
or something similar.

is there a UK distributor for the
Ultimate Talking Dictionary
which is made by Premier Assistive Technologies.
I know there is also a UK-made Talking dictionary but I would like the above one better as it has more features suited for me as a second-language learner.
