I think I have four usb sockets in the back of my computer, why not put
another hub in one of those.
I have my broadband modem in my hub and that's not mains powered, it doesn't
lie our cordless phone mind you and there if of course a filter on it.

With the increase in USB connecting items I have now used up all my
sockets including the 4 in the hub. As my broadband modem is in it as well
I was told I had to have a mains powered device. I now want to plug
another hub into the first hub to give me some more sockets. Will I
need this new one to be powered as well or will the first one be
sufficient power for both.
