When I looked yesterday, I think the prices on the American site had been=
revised somewhat upward. The strap version of the watch in listed at $1=
99 (about =A3165 at current exchange rate) and the metal band version was=
$229 (about =A3184). I will post the direct URL to the Tissot site this=
evening. $100 shipping is totally outrageous. =20
I'm reviewing the watch on Tuesday's In Touch, by the way and will post m=
y impressions of it here thereafter. =20

It certainly seems less expensive than what can be bought in the UK. I sp=
ent a little while tonight with google , but could find nothing matching =
this price.
Do you, or anyone, know about the shipping charges to the UK.
I had a look at the web site , but without ordering the watch I could not=
see what such a charge would be.
I guess you must also take into account that something like this may invo=
ke Customs & Excise charges when it arrives in the UK. Most times this do=
es not happen, but on the odd occasion it does, so it must be accounted f=
or in any budgeting.
It does seem like a good product which I may like to purchase.
Happy to hear of any purchases that may have taken place.
