Hello,
1) Remove the /beta and try again. 2) You just install it as if it was the UK firmware, it'll install itself over the current UK firmware.

how do you install the US software/hardware?
I  have BRAILLE Sense 18 with the braille keyboard.

PS When I  go to the link for the current UK download the page can not be
displayed, so am very confused.
