That shift key only did upper or lower case.  I did find the @ ssymbol.  It was 
the fourth press on the zero button.  Learned something new here.  Didn't know 
that the space bar, essentially, had symbols too.

Remember
 That your favourites key on the top right side of the Stream or Trek becomes 
the shift key when in typing mode normally moving from numeric to text.
Specifically in relation to the characters you want I think you need to press 
this favourites key and then investigate the extra symbol characters available 
under 1 but I have not checked.
I think nearly all symbols are under 1 in either shifted or unshifted mode.

I don't know what's going on with mine, but the 4th one is a question mark for 
me.  Just to reitterate, it was for the password and not the address that I 
need that @ symbol.
