[access-uk] Two Guide questions

Hello all.
I have a friend who uses Guide. She wants to know the following:
1. Is there a way of sending an e-mail to multiple recipients, short of
sending a new message separately? For example does Guide offer CC/BCC
capabilities.
2. If not, would copy and paste work.
