Hi Carol
I see, apologies for not understanding you the first time round. To put
your Touch into TouchBraille mode, lift the Braille keyboard away from the
tablet itself. Now place all 10 fingers on the glass to calibrate. If you
feel a short vibration, you are good to go. If you keep getting a long
vibration when you try typing, it means you haven't calibrated properly.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Jackie Brown

Touch
What I want to do is to be able to write on the touch pad. I know you have
to flip it over somehow but just can't get my head around it!
Thanks for anything you can offer ...

Hi Carollift up to take the battery out.
I'm not quite clear what it is you are trying to do? If it is
removing the Touch completely from its case, then flip it over, and
press the latches that are towards the bottom. This will remove it
away from the case completely. If you then want to remove the
battery, there are two further latches on the rear of the tablet which you
If I have your question wrong, I do apologise.
As for Tweetings, it seems you can't activate the log-in button once
you put in your credentials whether you use Braille by Touch or not.
I have asked HW to look at this, perhaps there is a work-around? I
detest the native Twitter app for Android, it just doesn't do it for
me like Tweetings does.

Jackie,
I've had the same problem and (though I haven't tried Twitter) really
want to use Tweetings also.
As we have training booked, if nobody helps before then, I'll get it
done at that time and see how it goes. Incidentally, I haven't found
exactly how you set up the touch pad (getting it out of its home, I
mean). If you have done this and can explain it to me, I'd be very
grateful as I'd like to get started ...
I do know how to remove the back cover but, after that, I'm a bit lost!

have downloaded this. But there is something you need to do on the
touchscreen that KeySoft isn't allowing you to activate to log in.
Once you get past whatever that button is, we reckon it would work
because everything else seems to be accessible so far. We have both
tried the native Twitter app which works, but which neither of us likes.
Any suggestions please guys?
