No, it's quite possible to do it.
You need to uninstall it first, then delete everything from
%appdata%\twblue then reinstall it.

In short, you are doing nothing wrong, it has been a long standing breakage
in tw blue. Go here if you want to tweet images.
http://www.easychirp.com/index.php it's a web based twitter client that can
be run in a browser window and it will let you tweet images, and you can
even put alt text in there too. Just sign in to the app and, bang! You can
tweet images with ease.

Hi all,
Has anyone recently tried to add a picture to a tweet using TWBlue? Me and a
few friends are all having the issue where we can see the option to attach
an image, but the image doesn't actually upload. So in the instance of a
tweet with both a picture and text, only the text is tweeted.
Can anyone give any suggestions of what we could be doing wrong?
