I have had the problem of timers not recording on several occasions. I have found that the next occurance of a series link is not found in the schedule. If you delete the timer, find it again and set it to record then everything should be ok. This may be a fault of the box or the broadcaster. If this happens often then I'd suggest checking your timer list after a successful recording to make sure that the next episode is set up to record correctly. I have Corrie set up to record and it always works. I will check with Pulse-eight to find out if this is a known issue.
