I know that the National Council for the Blind of Ireland were talking to some 
company in Australia who had similar box.  They had hoped to liease with 
TVonics crowd but then they went bust.  The man at NCBI who was talking to the 
Australia guy is called Mark McGuinness so you culd write to NCBI if you Google 
NCBI.ie
