Just in case: we're talking about the main (top level) Settings menu here,
not the settings for Tune-in Radio itself: Wifi should be set to On, and
Mobile Data should be set to Off.

I am still struggling to work out how to get Tune in to receive only Wi-Fi.
When I turn off mobile data usage in settings I get an error message saying
that Tune in cannot make a connection. I have contacted their support and
below is the reply. Can anybody interpret it for me please.
"You can simply turn off the Cellular Data setting from the control panel of
your device and turn on Wi-Fi instead. Control panel can be pulled down from
the top of your screen."
