Hi Mark,

You can remove the memory card while it is powered up, provided you are not
on a phone call. If you are, don't touch that card.

They are in Wav format and can be stored wherever you like. Check out the
Message Centre software on the card.

Should work fine with JAWS.

All the best

Steve

Hi when i take out the memory card does the unit need to be powered down?
also when i put the card into the computer for the first time to save some
of the recordings where does it put the files in windows 8.1? What format
are the recordings in and is it all quite simple to do using JFW?

Many thanks

Mark
