Hi mary,

Yes this is a configurable feature. You can star or zap someone mid call,
but only on incoming calls. The reason for this is you might want to put a
star or hash into your banking system. trueCall will let you because it is
an outgoing call so won't allow mid call zapping and starring. But an
incoming call you can zap or star mid-call.

All the best

Steve

Hi Chris,

You just press the star key when you enter their number or I believe
you can do this when they call you.
