Hi Sandra.

A few weeks ago you offered to assist me with my new Victorreader Trek and you 
advised me to contact you off list.

However when I try to do so, it does not work for some reason.

This is an old win7 and has many odd problems!

Can you please contact me off-list so I can respond, outwith the list please.
