Hi all, Thought I'd e-mail you all to find out what experience you had in ringing up Toshiba technical support. My girlfriend's laptop suddenly died last night due to a hardware and software failure, and her college warden tried to ring up Toshiba all day, with little success. So has any of you had better luck with them?
