Version 12 of the prog used to be quite accessible with JFW up to v.9 because
there was specific scripts built in. But those are not included in either v.10
or 11, so I have to keep v.9 on my PC to be able to use the Organizer. Use it
every day! It's an excellent piece of kit but I never got any reply when I
asked FS why the scripts had been discontinued.
A great shame but that's the way it is, that's what They call Progress!

A while back I used Anytime Organiser and I liked it. I haven't used the
latest version of it so not sure if it is still accessible. From reading on
their site it looks like it can do all what you want and more. Visit

I am looking for an accessible to-do software that would have all the
things of to-do list, i.e. priority, due date, alarm, groups etc. It would be
good if this application contains calendar and contact managers too. It would
be a bonus if this software is a portable application. I do not mind paying
for it as long as it is accessible with screen readers.
