Andrew, That is explained on the cd. You need to put your finger in a certain position to alter the hour hand to the twelve position, then do the same for the minute hand, after which you can just set the time as normal and the calibration should be okay. I am not really sure why you would want to do this, however. What I was talking about is recalibrating the hands on the watch to the digital clock, I have never needed to do this and would never want to do it because this basically means that if you mess it up the hands will display a different time to sighted users than you get from the digital clock/vibrations.
