You need to log in at 1230 because pacific time is 8 hours behind us.

I'm hoping to log-in to an internet conference this evening in America concerning Podcasting. It is on at 5:00 p.m. Pacific, and I should log-in half an hour earlier. Does anyone know what time that would be here in the UK please?
