Earlier this week, at a primary school in Bristol in the UK, a blind girl
was asked to stop using her white cane for health and safety reasons. On
this week's program, heard Sunday at 18:00 UTC, that's 1 pm Eastern, 10 am
pacific in North America, 6 pmjn in the UK and 7 pm in Central Europe we ask
the question why does "health and safety" have such a reputation for
stupidity and is it deserved? Also have you come across any other rules
that get interpreted so stupidly that they are unworkable?

If you'd like to read a short article from Buzzfeed concerning the Bristol
case you can here
