[access-uk] Thesaurus in Word 2003.

Hi,
Can anyone give me instructions on how to use the Thesaurus in MS Word 2003.
I can get it onto the screen with shift F7, but I can't get into the dialog
box that contains the alternatives, can someone help?
Using jaws 5.0.844 and XP home.
