HI

I use super nova 12.07, I wanted to set up a new regular
payment, I clicked on the link to manage payments then
regular payments, I then selected to use a payee I have used
before, selected the payee I want and that is as far as I
could get. Not sure why, I clicked continue a few times.

Regards

Adrien

Hi,

I use this website with a screen reader all the time. Is
there a specific
part of the Regular Payments section, i.e. a specific
element you are having
difficulty accessing? What specifically are you trying to
do that you are
unable to without sighted assistance? also, which screen
reader are you
using?

These details may help someone to more directly answer your
query as others
with the same screen reader for example may be having the
same issue or have
a workaround.

HTH.

Hi

I use nationwide for my banking, this evening I tried to set
up a new
regular payment and found the website for a screenreader
user especially the
part with the regular payments very hard to use, I had to
get sighted
assistance, am I the only person who struggles with this
website, it was ok
before they changed it last year.

Regards

Adrien
