Hi Andy.

Forgive me for butting in, but if you need RP for the BBC Player, why not try Real Alternative. You can get it at Tom Lorrimer's site at:
http://www.whitestick.co.uk/download.html

Hi Ray -

Web access speeds seem to be fine. I haven't downloaded any software etc
from anywhere else yet, still struggling with Realplayer; I'd rather not
have it, but it's required for using the BBC IPlayer, unfortunately! -

| Don't know how useful it is to mention this Andy, but what are your
| download speeds like on other sites? If they are very slow, or
| equally as slow, then, yes, maybe it is a network setup issue. If
| not, then a temporary problem with that site.
|
| Just possible too your ISP is having a bad day.
