The Orbit will be my future investment, but I do have concerns regarding
delivery of the product. From past experiences, I never received whatever I
ordered from the RNIB, and instead whoever tried to deliver the good(s)
returned it to the warehouse. I know this from follow up telephone calls I
received from one of their customer service representatives. Being this is a
high value item, would it be delivered by a courier like DPD? If so, then this
will definitely be a future investment for me. Thank you very much for
answering my concerns on or off list. Very much appreciated.
