Hi Mandy,
The full instructions should be on a CD in your package.
What you do is play a part of the message you want to delete, to make sure
it is selected, then pause it. Next, press and hold down the play button.
You will hear "Delete File, Yes Or No?", then two beeps. Two beeps means
no. Press the next or previous buttons until you hear one beep, which is
Yes, then press Play and the file will be deleted.
