Hi AndyThis is one of my fave gadgets, mainly because I use it every single day of my life. I've never encountered your problem, but if you've changed the battery, I would give the reset idea a few shots in case it's being a bit sleepy. Keep the hat on it and press the button at the other end. I know you've done it but I'd keep trying that. If it stays the same, then I suppose your obvious port of call is Cobolt. Maybe it's giving up the ghost mate! I know what you mean though, it sure loves olive green, and my son loves the way it says orange.
Good luck, and sorry this isn't probably much help. Jackie----- Original Message ----- From: "Andy Collins" <andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi all - I'm quite use to having my colour detector tell me everything is "olive green" <smile> but now, it is seeing everything as "white!"It seems to be on the blink; I have changed the battery, but it still isn'tseeing correctly, maybe it's got some degenerative condition :] Is there some way of resetting it? I know about the button on the bottom, but holding this in when turning it on makes no difference. Anybody got anyideas? Has this happened to anybody else with one of these? - Andy ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq -- No virus found in this incoming message.
