Nope.
This has put me in a cranky mood!
grins.
hi, and i bet noone who signed up to take part in those trials ever got a
response from tesco? ... thought not! smile. i certainly didn't. i use the
access site on very rare occasions these days. the main site isn't as quick
to navigate, but at least it's more upto date! i'll be alternating between
the tesco.com main site and asda these days. must admit i'm very impressed
with the asda site after using it for the first time a few weeks back. the
only downfall for the asda site is it doesn't as yet offer everything that
the high street stores do.

Yes, I have had problems with this link on the Tesco access site in the past. By coincidence As it so happens I tried to use it yesterday to change a delivery time, but got a message saying something to the effect that the link did not exist!
IN fact the whole site is very out of date; when you log on there is a message which has been there for well over a year now inviting people to take part in trials of an enhanced site to be launched later in the year (ie 2005) and it is still there now!

Has anyone else been able to cancel an order from this page?
Once you place an order the email you receive instructs you to log into the site and click on history if you wish to change your order time or cancel it.
When we log in and click on "History", we get a list of previous orders and a back button!
Thus I'm going to have to phone them now or se the regular site.
Sooooooooo annoyed by this! Barry
