Yes, I have had problems with this link on the Tesco access site in the past. By coincidence As it so happens I tried to use it yesterday to change a delivery time, but got a message saying something to the effect that the link did not exist! IN fact the whole site is very out of date; when you log on there is a message which has been there for well over a year now inviting people to take part in trials of an enhanced site to be launched later in the year (ie 2005) and it is still there now! from another unhappy Tesco shopper, Pete ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dj Paddy" <mygroups@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "access uk" <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, April 18, 2006 12:53 PM Subject: [access-uk] Tesco.com/access order history Has anyone else been able to cancel an order from this page? Once you place an order the email you receive instructs you to log into the site and click on history if you wish to change your order time or cancel it. When we log in and click on "History", we get a list of previous orders and a back button! Thus I'm going to have to phone them now or se the regular site. Sooooooooo annoyed by this!
