[access-uk] Tesco online advice needed

Hi

Not quite on topic really but what are Tesco doing with regard to carrier bags 
and their online orders?

I believe that they're charging 3p a bag if you go in to the shop but, are they 
doing this with the online orders too?

Or is there another plan in action?
