[access-uk] Re: Tesco and Sainsbury questions

On taking delivery of our order at the weekend, I was talking to the driver
about the new site and he told me that a large number of people have
complained about the layout and usability of the new site. These are sighted
people! so it seems we're not alone in this, we just don't get to hear about
it.

Subject: [access-uk] Tesco and Sainsbury questions

Hi,

I usually use the main Tesco site, but am so annoyed with the new layout
that I'm considering alternatives. I might go to the access site or to
Sainsburys, and wanted to ask people who use either:

On the Tesco access site are special offers still denoted by a link "sp"
next to the products? Is there any way to get to them in a list?

To people who use Sainsburys can you get info about the special offers? How
are they denoted?

To anyone who uses the main Tesco site have you found a quick way of getting
to special offers with the new layout? I liked the way they had it before,
where you could go to the department/section you wanted, then see all the
special offers in that bit. There doesn't seem to be any way of doing that
now without going back to the main grocery home page and after that it seems
to take several clicks until you can find what you're looking for, and I
find the whole special offer thing now confusing.

Catherine
