How do I get audio described with the Goodman's Free View box or perhaps I
cannot get audio description with this box.

I apologise as I know this subject will have been discussed numerous times.
However, I am only getting around to having the Free View Channels, or at
least should I say, only getting around to having some time to watch TV! I
would just love to have some form of Quick Guide for these channels, the way
people can refer to their newspaper. What is available on-line please?
